New SMS PASSCODE® Version 4 technology leading two-factor authentication solution Supports Citrix Desktop Virtualization solutions

Citrix Ready Solution of the Year finalist, SMS PASSCODE, today released SMS PASSCODE version 4 that includes full support for the Citrix Desktop Virtualization.

Copenhagen, June 22rd, 2010 – SMS PASSCODE® - The technology leader in two-factor authentication via SMS, today announced a new version 4 that delivers industry leading two-factor SMS authentication support to a broad palette of Citrix virtualization solutions including Citrix XenDesktop®. The solution extends the existing support for Citrix products such as Citrix XenApp™ for on-demand application delivery and Citrix XenServer® for running SMS PASSCODE in a virtualized server environment, as well as Citrix Receiver™, Citrix Access Gateway™ and Citrix Netscaler®. 

When an IT organization deploys virtual desktops, all users essentially get a central “virtual” desktop that is accessed remotely.
