This program augment the previously announced co-existence program enabling legacy two-factor authentication customers to migrate smoothly at their own pace.

Last year a threat named Zeus appeared designed to phish token codes and this year, a recent incident at a token manufacturer has put the core concept of 'pre-issued' token codes under pressure. These threats against legacy two-factor authentication technologies help validate the new generation SMS PASSCODE^® solution, where the User ID and password is validated before a code is generated and send in real time via SMS, voice or secure e-mail to the users mobile device.
